The Edison High School Foundation is pleased to present its 2nd Annual “Howlentine’s Day” Celebration!
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2012
9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
EDISON HIGH SCHOOL
NORTH SOCCER FIELD
Come share the day with your special, four-legged sweetheart! This event will feature a pooch parade and contest for the best dressed canines, including best use of theme (Valentine’s Day), best use of color (Valentine’s colors) and, of course, the “haute-dog.”
We are pleased to announce the participation of the Disc Dogs of Southern California (www.d2isc.com), an outstanding aerial performance team. This fun-filled day will also include a vendor fair with a wide variety of pet products and services, and the Orange County Humane Society will be hosting a pet adoption for those interested in adding to their canine family.
Schedule of Activities:
- 9:00 a.m. Event opening; vendor fair and adoption opportunities begin
- 9:30 a.m. Registration for Pooch Parade and Costume Contest
- 9:30 a.m. Disc Dogs in Southern California Demonstration
- 10:30 a.m. Pooch Parade and Costume Contest
- 12:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony for Costume Contest
- 12:15 p.m. Disc Dogs in Southern California Demonstration
- 1:00 p.m. Event ends
